Just several, guys!!

Let me share some key facts about Sumitomo Forestry. They’re a Japanese logging and processing company also engaged in housing, construction, biomass power generation, overseas afforestation, and more. In 2024, their revenue reached $12.5 billion, and as of December 31, 2024, their market capitalization was $6.41 billion.
In 2003, they entered the U.S. housing market, starting in Seattle, and have since expanded through their subsidiary, Gehan Homes, one of the top 13 private homebuilders in the U.S. They are also involved in single-family rental home construction through various subsidiaries across the country: DRB Group, Rockville, Maryland, Mark III Properties, LLC, Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Crescent Communities, LLC, Charlotte, North Carolina.
In 2022, Sumitomo Forestry expanded into Florida, recognizing the state’s favorable market conditions. Why Florida? Many critics point to past real estate crashes and hurricanes, but Sumitomo Forestry sees the bigger picture. Florida ranks fourth in the U.S. in GDP, third in population, and second in building permits issued. With steady immigration and rising housing prices, demand for rental homes is projected to grow—an ideal environment for long-term investment. Moreover, Sumitomo Forestry Group has set a long-term goal to supply 23,000 houses annually in the U.S.
So here’s my questions:
Would you follow the advice of skeptics who warn against real estate investments, or would you trust the wisdom of a company that’s withstood centuries of change?
Would you prefer to rely on rumors, or align yourself with the vision of an expert team that has strategically identified Florida as their next big opportunity?
