Safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions are unsafe for sailing, we may adjust the itinerary or reschedule the trip. In extreme cases, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. If we cancel, you will be refunded or offered an alternative date.

- Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 30 days of departure: no refund.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and personal liability. Sail La Vie is not responsible for personal injuries or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
